Part 1: My guest is Angela Lamb.  Angela is the founder of Healthy Life Nation, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach and creator of the documentary film, “Un-inflame me: Reversing the American Diet & Lifestyle.  Un-inflame Me shares Angela’s story of receiving a disease diagnosis, her journey to learn how to get well and what she learned about prevention, lifestyle changes, eating real nutritious foods and getting to the root cause of her disease in order to heal herself.  I asked Angela to be on my show because I related to her story so much.  As I watched her documentary, my deceased Father crossed my mind many times, since many parts of Angela’s story reminded me of what he went through (disease diagnosis, multiple medications, etc.) This show is dedicated to you Dad!
